Special indoor LED Highbay light suitable for commercial and industrial applications with high ambient temperatures up to 70° Celsius. This is the case, for example, in the glass industry, ceramics, paper industry and the glass processing industry. Standard LED Highby light work only in the range of max. 40-45° durable and reliable. At higher ambient temperatures, LEDs quickly lose their luminosity and reliability. Failures of the individual LED chips quickly occur. Even standard power supplies and connecting elements cannot withstand permanent heat stress and fail more quickly.
This high temperature LED floodlight can operate reliably and permanently in ambient temperatures of up to 70° C. The ingredients are a very good IP67 power supply from Philips® with excellent thermal management, which is mounted vertically and slightly different from the Philips® LED chips. The cooling unit can be air-flowed through from all sides and quickly dissipates the heat of the LED chips to the outside.
Bright 21,000 lumen luminous flux produces this model. This corresponds to an efficiency of 140 lumen / watt. This LED hall lighting replaces an old 400W -500W HQL spotlight without any problems. We offer this LED hall lighting in a pleasant 5000K color tone.
At the end of its lifetime, the model achieves 80% of the specified luminous flux (LM80 / TM21 test) and the glare is very low with a UGR<22 for an indoor floodlight. The model is extremely robust with an impact resistance of IK10. The model is dimmable by default (1-10V dimming)
In normal commercial use between 40-45° C ambient temperature, the manufacturer grants a 7-year manufacturer's warranty. In heavy duty use up to max. 70°, the LED indoor spotlight has a 3-year manufacturer's warranty.
The model is also available as a 90W variant with 12.6000 lumens (ordered item / longer delivery time) and with 90° or 60° beam angle (ordered item / longer delivery time)
