Methods of payments:
Paypal:
We accept payments with PAYPAL and always ship to the address mentioned in PAYPAL
Advance bank transfer:
After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation and bank details. You can then proceed with payment through standard bank transfer. Within the EU this a fast (1-2days) and reliable way of payment.
After we have received the payment we will immediately proceed with the order and shipment.
Cash payment:
Clients also have the possibility to pick up the goods personally and pay in cash.
Shipping and freight charges
We calculate shipping costs based on package weight and the destination country. After you have put goods into the shopping basket you have the possibility to calculate shipping costs with our calculation tool. If you country is not in the list of destination countries please get in contact with us through our contact page:
Shipping outside the European Union (EU)
For shipments outside the EU additional taxes, import duties and customs handling fees will apply, that cannot be calculated in advance. Theses will be directly charged by the transport company.

Shipments outside the European union are always calculates excluding German VAT. This will automatically be calculated from the shop system after you have entered your shipping country
Packaging:
Our commercial LED and induction-light products will be packed carefully and durable to arrive in good shape at our clients. If you notice immediate damages of the packaging please complain immediately at delivery to make sure that we can claim the insurance for a refund.
