New flat LED high bay luminaire / industrial luminaire with special design. This model is used wherever a lot of light is needed but glare must be avoided at all costs. This is generally the case with slightly lower ceiling heights. Especially suitable as a replacement where the classic UFO high-bay luminaires have been installed and they cause too much glare.
This LED high-bay luminaire with greatly reduced glare of UGR<21 is innovative in several respects and, thanks to its shape and technical lighting properties, is also ideal for shopping arcades, sports facilities, indoor tennis courts or indoor riding arenas. In high warehouses with forklift traffic, glare for forklift drivers is avoided. This is the short disorientation caused by strong glare. Due to its integrated optics, this angular LED high-bay spotlight has a considerably reduced glare compared to classic high-bay luminaires.
The areas of application are very diverse. In the commercial sector it is production and high storage racks with forklift traffic, where low glare is important. In high corridors and passages, it is the low glare and the optical design that makes this LED high-bay luminaire so popular. It is important in sports. There, this LED high-bay luminaire is used for example in tennis courts, football stadiums or riding halls. These models are also used in sports halls. Thanks to its robust design with IK10 impact resistance, the glare-reduced high bay luminaire can also be used for ball sports. In riding halls, the low glare ensures better animal welfare and less disturbance.
The LED hall spotlight with low glare is equipped with high-power CREE® 3030 quality LEDs. The individual LEDs are only energised with partial load. This improves the cooling of the individual LEDs and has a positive effect on durability and service life. The power supply unit is a dimmable 1-10V OSRAM Power Supply®, which is extremely durable and reliable.
The lateral air slots ensure a very good permanent air flow in the housing and provide the necessary cooling of the components. The installed power supplies are protected against 6 kV overvoltage and are short-circuit proof. The manufacturer still guarantees 90% of the specified luminous flux after reaching the 50,000 operating hours.
This LED hall spotlight is highly efficient with 160 lumens per Watt. The model is available with 120Watt and 200Watt power. This corresponds to approx. 19,000 lumens at 120 watts and 32,000 lumens at 200 watts. The sophisticated optics allow a super glare value of UGR<21.
We offer this glare-reduced LED indoor spotlight in a pleasant 4000K neutral white. The manufacturer gives a 5 year warranty on this low glare LED industrial luminaire. At the end of its lifetime the model still achieves 90% of the specified luminous flux.
