This bright 120cm T8 LED tube with only 18W power consumption and 2800 lumen luminous flux is our new standard LED tube in the range and very popular. 2800 lumen bright light output to replace existing T8 tubes 1:1. After the conversion, it will definitely be a lot brighter than before. The model has an attractive price and amortises very quickly with long daily use. The Led tube 120cm with 2800 lumen is therefore very suitable for most commercial and industrial applications. Even with long lighting periods of 10 hours or more, the LED tube 120cm delivers long-lasting results.
The model is TÜV Rheinland certified and has undergone particularly stringent testing in terms of electrical safety.
This 120cm LED tube is available flicker-free in the light colours 4000K neutral white (840) or 6000 Kelvin daylight white (860). The beam angle is 140°. On request, the model is also available with the light colour 5000 Kelvin (850), for example for quality assurance or when working with printed products. It replaces classic fluorescent tubes for conventional (KVG) or lossless ballasts (VVG).
Even though the end of the T8 LED tube 120cm was predicted years ago, the models are still extremely popular. Customers particularly appreciate the possibility of easy replacement in the event of a defect. Replacing a 120cm LED tube is quick and can be done by yourself. There is no need to send complete lights back to the manufacturer. The prices of the LED tubes 120cm are also attractive and therefore quickly amortised through the electricity savings.
Flicker-free / no flicker model
There are now flicker-free LED tubes that no longer flicker at 50Hz. This LED tube 120cm has no 50Hz flicker in the light, which can lead to migraines, inner restlessness and insomnia in some people.
Rotatable end caps
The swivelling end caps allow the luminous flux to be ideally aligned. Where the light is needed. There are louvres on the side that allow the LED tube 120cm to be rotated and aligned.
Wherever high luminous efficacy is required, this LED tube will impress. With an efficiency of 160 lumens per watt of power consumption and a colour rendering of RA83, the LED tube replaces the standard 36W fluorescent tube without compromising on light quality and brightness. With a good colour rendering of RA82+, this tube is also very suitable for shops.
Aluminium bar for optimum cooling
There is an aluminium rail on the back of the LED tube 120cm. This ensures optimum dissipation of the heat generated by the LED chips. As a result, the chips do not get too hot and the LED tube maintains a consistently high luminous flux for a long time. If an LED tube is not cooled sufficiently, the chips overheat and the brightness decreases rapidly.
For this reason, based on our experience in recent years, we prefer plastic LED tubes with aluminium rails to LED tubes made of glass, which in our view have a much shorter service life in continuous use. This tube in particular allows use at ambient temperatures of up to 48°C and is therefore higher than many standard tubes, which recommend a maximum of 40°C to 45°C.
