150cm special LED tube that has no blue component and no UV component in the light. This no-UV / no Blue LED tube is often used in the processing or storage of rubber and elastomers, which harden quickly due to the UV and blue component and can no longer be processed.
We stock the special LED tubes 150cm NO- UV / No Blue in small quantities. Larger quantities can be ordered from 50 pieces with a lead time of approx. 10-12 weeks. Also available in other sizes such as 120cm length or 60cm length. (On request)
The cover of the LED tube is fitted with a blue filter. The light colour is approx. 3000 Kelvin. You can see the spectrum of this LED tube in the product images.
With 25 watts of power consumption, this LED produces approx. 2700 - 2800 lumens of luminous flux. This 5-ft LED tube replaces classic T8 - G13 fluorescent tubes for conventional (KVG) or lossless ballasts (VVG). These LED tube models can also be operated directly on 230V, for example in 5-ft T8 LED batten fitting or 5ft moisture-proof LED tube fixtures
The swivelling end caps allow the luminous flux to be ideally aligned. Where the light is needed. There are louvres on the side that allow the LED tube 150cm to be rotated and aligned. The 140° beam angle produces a very directional light.
There is an aluminium rail on the back of the LED tube 150cm 3000 Kelvin. This ensures optimum dissipation of the heat generated by the LED chips. As a result, the chips do not get too hot and the LED tube maintains a consistently high luminous flux for a long time. If an LED tube is not cooled sufficiently, the chips overheat and the brightness drops quickly.
The model is certified by TÜV Rheinland and has undergone stringent testing in terms of electrical safety.
This 150cm flicker-free LED tube is also available as completely classic T8 G13 LED tube in the light colours 4000K neutral white (840) or 6000 Kelvin daylight white (860).
For this reason, based on our experience in recent years, we prefer plastic LED tubes with aluminium rails to LED tubes made of glass, which in our view have a much shorter service life in continuous use. This tube in particular allows use at ambient temperatures of up to 48°C and is therefore higher than many standard tubes, which recommend a maximum of 40°C to 45°C.
