We offer a new type of LED panel mounting frame that is relatively flat and makes a relatively flat and unobtrusive impression on the ceiling. The frame is available in the three standard sizes 62x62cm | 60x60cm and 120x30cm.
An optical advantage is that you don't see any screws on the side, as is the case with most screwable models. Although the frame is only put together, it is still very stable and does not fall apart at the slightest touch.
The colour of the frame is RAL 9003, a bright signal white. The frame is only 5cm / 50mm high. So comparatively flat for a LED panel mounting frame.
It is best to put the frame together completely and hold it to the ceiling to mark the drill holes. After drilling the holes, assemble the frame and remove the side panel on which the LED panel is to be inserted. Depending on the condition of the ceiling it is recommended to use other dowels!
Finally connect the LED driver and connect it to the LED panel after inserting it. Finally, the missing side panel is attached.
With the help of the mounting frame, the LED panel quickly becomes a fully-fledged replacement for a bright and flat ceiling light. Thus your LED panel quickly becomes a fully-fledged surface-mounted LED luminaire. The panel and the LED driver are well protected from dust deposits.
Optically the LED panel looks very nice and the LED driver disappears completely and invisibly in the housing. The panel itself should not be higher than 15mm, otherwise it will not fit into the guide rail.
Note:The mounting frame is especially suitable for ceiling mounting. For wall mounting, the rear sides of the panel must also be stabilised in the frame.
An LED-PANEL is not included in the price. Suitable models in all common sizes and light colours can be found in our shop.
